Founder, Leah Macaleer

Founded by Leah Macaleer, a marketing and communications professional with over 20 years of experience in community engagement, public relations, and brand development. Main Character Marketing & Communications is built on the power of connection. Leah specializes in relationship-driven marketing, local partnerships, and helping businesses build meaningful connections with the communities they serve.

Based in Bellingham and deeply connected to the Pacific Northwest, Leah brings a people-first approach to every project. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, supporting her daughters at their many activities, gathering with friends and chosen family, and traveling whenever possible — including an annual escape to the sunshine of Baja.
